Sean is a three-time INC 500 listed entrepreneur and the current Chairman of Caroo, an employee engagement platform for remote and hybrid teams. Prior to founding Caroo Sean was the Co-Founder & CEO of SnackNation, a better-for-you office snack delivery service that doubled as an emerging brand discovery platform. 

Sean has been an active angel investor over the past decade, and was the co-founder and host of Brand Builder, a podcast all about scaling high performance consumer brands. Sean lives in Venice, CA with his wife and college sweetheart Shannon and their goldendoodle Jameson.
